City Tatts has recently introduced a great range of functional training equipment to our new Fitness Arena.
This is designed to push you safely beyond your limits, and enable you to achieve more than you ever thought possible.
The classes will be varied, fun and engaging. With the new heart rate tracking system, gym enthusiasts will be able to share, compete and compare workouts during classes.
Participants in all classes in this fitness playground will have the opportunity to wear a heart rate monitor, which will enable individual heart rates to appear on a screen and trainers will be able to keep you training in the perfect zone.

This class is designed for the time poor fitness guru. For 30 minutes, participants will experience a dynamic, fast paced training session using a mixture of high intensity interval training, intended to achieve the best results in a limited time. After a five-minute warm-up, a variety of equipment will be used for functional strength and fitness, and when you think you can’t take any more, the stretch/cool down will begin. You will leave this class with your whole body worked and feeling high with endorphins!

Release your inner athlete and competitive spirit, and train as a team with a range of dynamic movement pattern-based circuit workouts. Get your heart racing, muscles burning, sweat dripping and face smiling with a group of like-minded individuals.

Using a combination of suspension and functional training, Power Zone you will push yourself to new limits. Using the body’s natural movement patterns, you will experience what developing power, strength, speed and aerobic fitness simultaneously feels like.
